Baked products

For manufacturing baked products, wheat flour is mixed with the ingredients, kneaded and finally formed. The dough for pretzel products is fed through an lye bath and then sprinkled with salt or sesame seeds. The pieces are then baked until they are crunchy. due to the manufacturing process, baked products have an extra-low fat content. They are baked, not fried. We have just started to manufacture potato products this way. They are baked until golden brown and individually seasoned. This makes a light product which is more fun to snack on.
