Apprenticeship

All apprenticeships start every year on 1 August and vary in duration between two and three years, depending on the apprenticeship occupation.

If we are impressed by your application, we will get to know you digitally via Microsoft Teams. This will give you a first impression of us and our apprenticeship programme - and we look forward to finding out more about you and your motivation for the apprenticeship.

If we are impressed by the digital introduction, we will continue with a personal interview at our premises. You will get a real insight into everyday training, get to know our production (technical training) or our office (commercial training) and meet your future trainer and your future colleagues in person.

You are in good hands with us. During your apprenticeship, you will be supported by experienced professionals. Depending on the apprenticeship, you will have dedicated trainers and contact persons in the departments who will support you with their knowledge and teach you everything you need to know.

Our trainees start on the early shift, which runs from 06:00 to 14:00. If you are under 18, the statutory regulation applies: a longer break of 60 minutes extends your working hours by half an hour, so that you finish work at 2.30 pm.

The probationary period lasts four months. During this time, you have the opportunity to settle in, familiarise yourself with everyday training and find out whether the apprenticeship really suits you. At the same time, we can see how well you fit into the Lieblings-Snacks team and how you grow into your tasks.

It is possible to shorten the apprenticeship under certain conditions, for example if you have relevant previous education (such as a secondary school leaving certificate), previous training or a degree. Particularly good performance during the apprenticeship can also make it possible to shorten the programme.
